  21.  I have conversed with Tom on the current example and provided help where I
  22. could.  I am completely agreeable to it being used as an example with the
  23. shipping version of CW 1.5 as long as I get appropriate credit.  I have opted
  24. for Tom's suggestion of "Based on code provided by Larry Teames, a member of
  25. Team TopSpeed".  This seems both accurate and appropriate to me.

  27.  FWIW, my frustration with Tom (about this topic) in the past was resolved
  28. when I uploaded the (CW 1.0) CD Player source for all to D/L and diddle with. 
  29. I was just a little irritated that he was saying it would go into the shipping
  30. examples, but never did. <G>

  32.  Everything has been fine for some time now.  Anyway, if you need something
  33. additional in writing from me just let me know.
